About Genesis Mediation of Indiana

Genesis Mediation of Indiana LLC was born out of observing people experience financial and emotional exhaustion from high-conflict legal proceedings over family matters.  Unfortunately the traditional courtroom setting immediately puts individuals in adversarial roles rather than fostering an environment of cooperation.  This tends to be counter-productive towards reaching amicable, affordable and lasting agreements.
