About Genesis Mediation of Indiana

Genesis Logo
Our team of registered domestic mediators brings a cooperative, solutions-based approach to divorce mediation and co-parenting through listening, patience and collaboration.

We are well-versed in resolving family conflict issues, and have a complimentary understanding of family, juvenile and adoption law as they relate to the Indiana Codes. We are also experienced in working with the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), and can leverage that experience to help people navigate complex family dynamics during negotiations.

Understanding family functions, child/youth development, and the stressors that can affect them such as divorce, mental health, addictions, disabilities, and abandonment are critical in mediating lasting agreements that work best for all parties involved.
