Genesis Mediation of Indiana provides Guardian ad Litem (GAL) services to protect the best interests of children in a wide range of family law matters. Our licensed social workers serve as neutral advocates appointed by the court to ensure each child’s needs and voice are heard.
We conduct interviews, home visits, and collateral contacts to develop a full understanding of family dynamics and provide clear, objective recommendations to the court.
We assist in cases involving child custody, parenting time disputes, paternity, adoptions, grandparent visitation and third-party visitation.
With expertise in mediation, child development, and conflict resolution, our GALs help families and courts make decisions that promote children’s emotional, physical, and developmental well-being.
